Pre-Shipment Inspection Checklist for Non Woven Bag Making Machines

Buying a non-woven bag making machine for the US, Mexico or Brazil is only half the job. The other half is verifying the machine before it leaves the factory — so you do not discover missing parts or wrong settings after a 30-day ocean transit.

At OUNUO / OYANG, Michael coordinates pre-shipment inspection (PSI) for Americas projects. Below is the checklist we recommend every buyer use, whether you visit personally, hire a third-party inspector, or join a live video walkthrough.

1. Confirm machine identity and configuration

  • Model name plate matches the sales contract (e.g. OYANG-17, SMART-17 XB, ONL-B700).
  • Bag type options: D-cut, T-shirt, box bag, handle online — match what you ordered.
  • Web width, bag size range and GSM range are labeled and demonstrated.

2. Dry run and production trial

  • Power on all stations; no abnormal vibration or alarm.
  • Run at least 15–30 minutes with your target material (or closest available GSM).
  • Check sealing quality, cut accuracy, handle attachment and bag stack count.
  • Record actual bags per minute at a stable, not maximum, speed.

3. Electrical and safety

  • Voltage and phase match your plant (e.g. 220V/380V, 50/60Hz).
  • Emergency stops, covers and grounding are present.
  • PLC / HMI language can be set to English (or Spanish if agreed).

4. Spare parts and documents

  • Spare parts kit list checked against packing list.
  • English operation manual, electrical drawings and layout drawings included.
  • Tool box and consumables (blades, belts if specified) packed.

5. Packaging for export

  • Wooden case / steel frame suitable for ocean freight; moisture barrier film used.
  • Machine bolted; movable units locked; oil drained or sealed as required.
  • Markings: contract number, destination port, “This Side Up” / center of gravity.

Next step: Message Michael on WhatsApp with your target bag type and plant voltage. We will send a PSI schedule and, if needed, arrange a video inspection before shipment.
